Lemoncurd med honung

Sjuden cironkräm. Är god att äta på kex eller rostat bröd.

Kan också användas som mellanlägg i kakor.

För att få en sås till  efterrättspaj kan man blanda lemoncurd i vispad grädde eller med youghurt.

Den går också bra att ringla över efterrättsglassen.
